Some things to consider removing for your detox include, but is not limited to:

  • Porn

  • Video games

  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, and doing drugs

  • Caffeine

  • Reading

  • Listening to music

  • Exercising

  • Gambling

  • Eating junk food
