On this episode, Fernando and I discuss the importance of going the extra mile to nurture your business relationships and how that alone has made him so profitable and reputable.

He explains how leveraging spirituality and defining "what God means to me," has made a tremendous impact on his personal life and business practices. Lastly, we get into the conversation of diversity in our communities and the workplace, and why it's detrimental to have long-term business success.
