Plan Your Pages
Page 1: Cover Page (Title, your name, and a picture)
Page 2: Table of Contents (List of what’s inside)
Page 3: Introduction (What the guide is about and why it’s useful)
Pages 4-8: Main Content (Break your idea into 5 small parts, one for each page)
Page 9: Conclusion (Summarize what you taught)

Write Your Content
Use simple words and short sentences.
Explain each part of your idea clearly.
Sometimes it’s easier to talk out an idea - use Otter.ai to record yourself speaking and it will transcribe it. Use ChatGPT to simplify the rambling or create it into the actual guide/template itself.
Add Pictures and Designs
Use free tools like Canva or Pexels to add pictures and make it look nice (they also have templates that take the guesswork out of it)
Check Your Work
Read it over to make sure it makes sense and there are no mistakes.
Upload the completed file (PDF) to ChatGPT and have it analyzed for issues. Have it make suggestions if there are gaps in knowledge or steps.
Save and Share
Save your guide as a PDF and share it with others.
